Mike Cyndroski

Mike hails from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has been with RCC since 2006. He started playing golf at the age of 8 and began his early career in the golf industry while attending high school. The long-hitting left hander enjoys helping others improve their love of the game through teaching lessons and by developing junior golfers. He has spent countless hours infusing his skills and passion to others in the pursuit of giving back to the game.

Graham Ogden

Graham was born in Delta, B.C. and moved to Tucson Arizona in 1993. He attended the Catalina Foothills high school and played on the golf team as the #1 player for 3 out of his 4 years there. After High School in Tucson, Graham moved back to White Rock B.C. with his family and decided to turn Pro at the ripe old age of 22 years old. Graham has been a member of the PGA of Canada in good standing since 2003 and recently became a Class "A" professional. His energetic attitude allows his students to both enjoy and learn the game at a fun and educated level. Graham is certified in Club Fitting, Club repair, RCGA Rules of golf and has his level 4 Teaching and Coaching Certification through the PGA of Canada. He enjoys playing in as many tournaments as he can and competes regularly on the Lower Mainland Professional Tour.

Doug Morgan

After working in the back shop at Royal Colwood GC (1990), Doug started his apprenticeship at Gorge Vale GC in 1991 and continued at Comox GC (1993), Westwood Platea GA (1994), The Redwoods GC (1995), Eaglequest GC-Coquitlam . Doug was also the Head Teaching Professional at both The Redwoods GC and Golftec-South Surrey (2015) . Doug is an accomplished player, with seven PGA of BC Championships, seven Vancouver Island Assistants Championships plus a variety of Pro-Am, Pro Only and Open wins. Career playing highlights include advancing to the second stage of US Open qualifying (1992 & 2010), shooting 269 (-19) at a four-day Maui Pro-Am and receiving an exemption to the inaugural Greater Vancouver Open (PGA Tour) at Northview G&CC in 1996. Doug has been recognized by the PGA of BC as the “PLAYER OF THE YEAR” IN 1999 and the “REGIONAL TEACHER OF THE YEAR” in 2014.

Daniel joined Richmond Country Club in May, 2016. He graduated from Professional Golfers Career College in 2005 in Temecula, California. He played Professional Golf for 6 years as mini tour player in Southern California (Golden State Tour, Pepsi Tour). He played 2 years in Mount San Jacinto on a Junior College golf team. He accomplished being ranked the #1 player on the golf team in his second year. Daniel has a positive attitude and a true passion for teaching and playing the sport of golf.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, he spent over two decades there before embarking on a golf journey that took him to China for a decade and then Australia for 2.5 years. a PGA of Canada member since 2022, he competed in PGA Tour Canada Q-School and Monday qualifiers that same year. His passion lies in teaching golf to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ranging from beginners to competitive juniors and adults. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, he offers bilingual instruction to cater to diverse learners.
